A: Our sabers are designed in the United States and manufactured overseas.

Q: What are the differences between Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3?

A: In short: Tier 1 is a string blade for light sparring, Tier 2 is for heavy sparring with a removable blade, and Tier 3 is for heavy sparring with a removable blade plus 16 different color options. All sabers include sound and mute function at no added cost.

 

Tier 1 sabers feature a non-removable string blade comprised of 126 single color LED lights. While these blades are ideal for spinning, stunts and mild sparring, they are not intended for heavy sparring and may be damaged if striking a stationary object like a pole, tree, etc. Tier 1 sabers also feature one sound font, lockup effect, and a mute function. We highly recommend this saber for children! 

 

Tier 2 sabers feature a removable blade, a one color base-lit 12 watt LED bulb, and are designed for full contact sparring. Tier 2 sabers include three sound fonts, flash on clash, an illuminated power button, lockup effect, and a mute function.

 

Tier 3 sabers feature a removable blade, a base-lit 12 watt RGBW LED bulb, 16 different color changing options, three sound fonts, illuminated power button, flash on clash, lockup effect, and a mute function.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my saber?

A: Here at Spartan Sabers, we pride ourselves on our production and shipping times. Whether you are located in the United States or on the other side of the world, we want you to swing your saber around as soon as possible!

 

  • For continental USA orders: In-stock sabers are shipped within 48 hours of purchase and should arrive within 5-7 business days. If your saber is out of stock, it will be made-to-order and shipped from outside of the United States via DHL Express. You should have your saber within 10 business days.

  • For international orders: All sabers will be made-to-order and should arrive within 10 business days.

 

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: Our Tier 2 and 3 sabers and blades include a 90 day Spartan warranty. If your saber or blade is damaged as a result of manufacturer defect, normal handling, saber combat, or faulty electronics let us know as soon as possible by emailing spartansabershop@gmail.com. Simply pay for the return shipping and we will repair or replace your saber. Tier 1 sabers include a 90-day electronics warranty. Tier 1 sabers/blades that are damaged due to combat or impact are not covered under this warranty. Please do not attempt to disassemble or alter the internals of your saber. Doing so may void your warranty. **SABERS DAMAGED DUE TO WATER ARE NOT COVERED**

 

Q: How do I attach a claw? 
A: Remove the blade from your saber using the hex wrench included with your purchase. Unscrew the top of your saber (where the blade enters the hilt) and screw the claw tightly on your saber. Gently slide the blade back into the hilt and tightly secure it into place by putting the screws back into their appropriate slots.  NOTE: Claws are only compatible with Tier 2 and Tier 3 sabers because their blades are removable. They can not be attached to Tier 1 sabers because the blade is not removable.
